Since this month is all about women's history, I wanted to post a #OOTD inspired by this shirt I got during my trip to Tennessee. The shirt (one of my favorite shirts by the way) is from the National Civil Rights museum at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis. It has different pictures of strong, intelligent, beautiful, powerful women. Each of these ladies such as Coretta Scott king, Angela Davis, Rosa Parks,etc. stood up for something very important to our lives and some are still fighting for. So for this special day I wanted to wear something that represents everything these women are, EMPOWERMENT!
